Heart Disease

Heart-Disease

Heart disease is a significant health concern and is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about 655,000 Americans die from heart disease each year, which accounts for one in every four deaths.

The term "heart disease" encompasses various conditions affecting the heart, including coronary artery disease (CAD), heart failure,  and arrhythmias.

When it comes to heart disease several risk factors can assist in managing the severity of disease. Diet, weight, healthy lifestyle and managing of blood pressure and cholesterol are good places to start.  To have quality of life your heart is key factor of your overall health.

We want to help you choose a healthy diet, choose natural support for your blood pressure and cholesterol and only use prescription medication when necessary. When it comes to coronary artery disease (Atherosclerosis), we can manage this without surgery or angioplasty. Atherosclerosis begins with damage or injury to the inner lining of arteries, often caused by factors like high blood pressure, smoking, high cholesterol levels, or inflammation. In response to the injury, substances like cholesterol and cellular waste products accumulate at the site, leading to the formation of plaques.

As plaque builds up within the arterial walls, it can narrow the arteries and restrict blood flow. Additionally, plaques can become unstable and rupture, leading to the formation of blood clots that can further block blood flow or travel to other parts of the body, causing serious complications such as heart attack or stroke.

Cardiac chelation, often referred to as "EDTA chelation therapy for cardiovascular disease," is a non-surgical medical treatment that involves the intravenous administration of a chelating agent called ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) to purportedly remove calcium and heavy metals from the bloodstream. It has been promoted as a treatment for cardiovascular diseases, particularly atherosclerosis. Combined with Ozone therapy, this is called “Chezone.” It can be an effective non-surgical approach to atherosclerosis as if you have plaque in your coronary arteries, it is likely you have other areas of plaque in your legs, or even your caratoid arteries leading to your brain. In addition to Chezone treating your whole body you receive the beneficial anti-oxidant effects of ozone and the detoxifying effects of the chelating agent.
